Start getting install, readme, and hw1 added #3

Have not completed any of the contents yet but wanted to get it in there for now in case anyone else is doing it.

Please advice if we stick to 6.4 or if we allow 6.3.

I will work on this maybe later tonight and then early tomorrow, hoping to have it ready for review so we can share the URL with Melissa so she can send the email about the intro sessions out. The two sessions will be Wednesday June 29 so the email should go out perhaps on this Wednesday?
