Update info on testing server #118

We have added a forward to test.generic-mapping-tools.org which can be used to assess new remote files placed in the test directory rather than the data directory. if

curl -ks http://test.generic-mapping-tools.org/gmt_data_server.txt | head

works then please approve.

This works for me now:

gmt grdcut -R0/5/0/5 @earth_synbath_10m -Vl -Gt.grd
