Switch to gridline registration #156

In support of a GMT PR. The script that made this file now specifically selects gridline registration (even if that is the default) to avoid a a warning.

Need this one merged in and updated on the server so I can run the (failing) test and update the PS in DVC.

Thanks, I think the server runs the cron job on the hour so I will wait until after lunch...
