New release of synbath (version 2.0) #205

I found a new version of the synbath grid (2.0) here https://topex.ucsd.edu/pub/synbath/

To-do list:

[x] Check https://topex.ucsd.edu/pub/synbath/ for a new release
[x] Update recipes/earth_synbath.recipe with the new file name and version
[x] Run make earth-synbath from the gmtserver-admin top dir
[x] Copy staging/earth_synbath_server.txt to information/
[x] Run make server-info from the gmtserver-admin top dir
[x] Place the new earth_synbath files on the GMT 'test' data server
[x] Place the new gmt_data_server.txt file on the GMT 'test' data server.

All files were updated. I test trem with this. gmt grdimage @earth_synbath -RIHO28 -png "Mediterrenean".

All working fine.
