His PR updates the filtering scheme to that discussed in #219. I will update the docs on this shortly. @Esteban82, with this one approved and merged we can focus on building the derived files for all planets and Earth. I will start make earth tonight.

FYI, I am going to add Sandwell' grids for the deflection of the vertical and the error in the gravity: _earthfaaerror, _earthdefle, _earthdefle.
