Age grid update for 6.1 #69

Various minor changes to recipes and scripts in preparation for the Earth crustal ages. Awaiting final work on which time scale to use and if they have a preferred CPT we can assign as default (itself may be in the cache).

OK to merge this one I think. There are some issues down the road:

  1. EarthByte may give me a 1 arc min pixel version. If so I will tile and upload, and add a new PR here with the extra line in gmt_data_server.txt
  2. I never actually implemented using the current date and the date in the gmt_data_server.txt to delete tiles so they get reuploaded. I think this will be considered a bug and go in 6.1.x once implemented.
