pssac in PyGMT #2358

Description of the desired feature

I noticed that pssac became part of GMT but I don't see it in PyGMT. The pssac module is helpful, especially in plotting receiver functions. Can you add this module to PyGMT or tell me how to use it if it has been added in PyGMT?
