New nanites. These nanites cannot be found through normal gameplay and are admin-spawn only.
Mutagenic Nanites - Unstable mutagen but in nanite form.
Loyalty Nanites - The nanites deployed by the loyalty implant. While in the system, a player will be immune to brainwashing/conversion. Loyalty Nanites will also deconvert antags.
Sentient Nanites - Self-replicating nanites that have evolved a primitive form of intelligence. They will replicate in the human body and continuously damage the host. Eventually, the host will explode into a swarm of nanites turning into the Nanite Swarm Blob.
Nanite Swarm Blob.
The Nanite Swarm Blob is the most powerful blob that exists and hosts a variety of abilities: An amalgam of what makes the other blob types dangerous. While expanding, the blob has a chance to create a weak spore. Damage is spread across adjacent blob tiles. The nanite swarm is completely immune to fire and highly resistant to physical damage. Additionally, the affected tile has a chance to swap places with another blob tile. However, it is extremely weak to EMPs and with constant bombardment can be destroyed. Investigate in live gameplay for balancing.

New submaps. Secret for now.
New reagent: Immunosupprizine. Organs can now reject once implanted and immunosupprizine is required to prevent rejection.

Adds a new blob difficulty. If blobs of this difficulty are spawned, players are advised to immediately request ERT for backup.
Moved some reagents around. Nanites are now in ...Other.dm, trioxin is now in ...Toxins.dm.

Necessary additions for a potential story arc for this year. Also includes some bug fixes, oversight fixes, which is always good. Some fun, new things for players to fight during non-canon rounds. A bit of wacky sci-fi fun in this PR.
