Description (why) uit PSA: Gewenst wordt dat er ook gefilterd kan worden op organisaties en/of organisatieonderdelen. Dat laatste vraagt mogelijk om een aanpassing van de Search API.

Estimating as small due to the predictable IRI-format of organisations. We may index both identifier and display label for convenience, and it should be possible to expose these as facets.
