Currently unclear (because of the dynamic metadata model) where we'll define our ES models to index.

Options are:

have ODRC talk directly to ES and do the indexing. Drawbacks: if swapping out ES for something else, ODRC needs to be modified.
have ODRC talk to a Search API endpoint for the indexing. Drawbacks: more complicated with flexible metadata models.
