[Undergarden] Virulent mix fluid can't be added to tanks or drains -Seems to break create recipe for Protective Fabric

Describe the Bug:

Can't Put Virulent Mix into spout to make the Fabric

How Can We Reproduce the Bug:

1. Attempt to put Virulent Mix into the spout (tried with both basin and drain)
2. Make mess with Mix

Expected behavior:

Mix goes in and then pipe to spout

There IS a way to get the virulent fluid in the spout, however.
