[Create Utilities] void motor does not transmit rotation across dimensions

Describe the Bug:

Void motors do not appear to transmit rotation across dimensions, but do transmit rotation within the same dimension. Void tanks and chests work as expected both within and across dimensions.

How Can We Reproduce the Bug:

1. Claim and forceload a chunk in the overworld and place down a creative motor connected to a void motor.
2. Travel to the nether and place down a void motor connected to a stressometer. The stressometer will receive no rotation.

Expected behavior:

Void motor should transmit rotation across dimensions.

I verified this behavior both in a stock install via both the Curseforge app and the Prism launcher.

First, thanks for the very thorough issue report! This helped me nail down the problem immediately.

And the problem is...apparently that's how the void motor works! https://github.com/Duqueeee/create-utilities/issues/15#issuecomment-1752148292

Which isn't mentioned at all on the CF page! Thanks for bringing it to my attention, I will change the quest to better reflect this. As a workaround, I guess you'll just have to use the void tanks to pipe diesel/gasoline to the different dimensions and go from there.

I'm kinda bummed about it, tbh!
