BUG Slurl when clicking hyperlink now truncates and cannot be teleported to #368

I'm not sure when this got introduced, but the slurl truncates and clicking it to spawn a map opens the map to the region at 128/128 so it is not just a question of the text running out of space in the box Snap0012

believed to be size of font (but large font does prevent you from using the slurl)
