My best performing node was assigned N/A with newest structure, and now I have 0 nodes in top 150

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

• NOTE: I am not running on Contabo. We've built these nodes for this purpose alone of contributing to SHDW network.
• With the new reward structure, I had 5 nodes assigned under my discord id (managing some for my family members)
• Before the change: I had one rank 80, and another rank ~120 and the others were ranked 200, ~500, ~500.
• After the change: both my rank 80 and top performing node and my rank 120 were booted out of top 150. And only the ranked 200 was kept "waiting"
• I believe one of my nodes should've been kept in earning. I had my 3/5 of my nodes live days before testing went live.
