Fixes for automapper parse #117

Fixed Mapper path parsing to not send accidental commands when path includes ;. change was also made to all other parsing in mapper for consistency.

When we were talking about this earlier you found it wasn't working quite right. Is this from before finding that or did you resolve that and then PR this?
