The idea is a plugin that would list and keep track of a variety of timers. For example, Empaths have a pulsing regenerative ability that heals every X seconds. I would like to be able to set up triggers that refresh that timer so I can see how long until the next pulse. Simultaneously, I'd also like to track other timers, such as the 60 second timer in between debil casts during pvp for maximum effectiveness, or the timer in between sending gweth messages. Ideally, this would be a plugin that let you set up whatever timers you wanted, somehow inputting the triggers that should cause the timer to start over.
