3 new Reserved Global Variables

@spellpreptime@ and $spellpreptime return the span of time it takes to fully prepare a spell
@spellstarttime@ and $spellstarttime return the unix time that the spell started prepping
@casttimeremaining@ and $casttimeremaining return the $spellpreptime - $spelltime Cleaned up default variable value declarations
