Suggestion: Tie the new Spell Prep timer display to the Magic Panels option in Layouts #36

Under the Layout menu is an option to toggle "Magic Panels". This adds or removes the Mana bar to the health bar display and the currently prepped spell to the icon bar. It would be great to tie the new Spell Prep timer to this option, so that it can be toggled with the other related Magic displays.

In the current config refactor I've added "Show Castbar" to enable/disable it specifically. Not available yet but this suggestion is why - I've got it in the pipes.
