The flows for existing and new wallet were flawed in that some were missing steps or the order was incorrect.
For new wallet, the flow is as follows:
Legal -> Create pin -> confirm pin -> passphrase copy screen -> passphrase confirm screen -> dashboard
For existing wallet, the flow is as follows:
Legal -> Create pin -> confirm pin -> select type of wallet -> Enter wallet security info -> dashboard
