Mention a workaround for soffice multi-instance problem #348

Filtering with soffice as a utility will lead to no match if another libreoffice app is currently running. There is a workaround to that, let's mention it in the documentation until upstream fixes the issue. Ref : https://bugs.documentfoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=37531&redirected_from=fdo#c25
