Add adjuster code to continuous portion of GenoML

Describe Current Behavior/State and Recommended Feature Request: This functionality is not yet available for GenoML

Will this change the current API? How? continuous will be able to run the adjuster script, like the discrete portion of GenoML

Who Will Benefit from this Feature? Anyone who wants to adjust their data by something like PCs
