Integrate mrbayes_volpiano phylogeny building into chantlab

This has multiple steps:

• Calling mrbayes_volpiano on an alignment
• Implementing the URL endpoint for the frontend to call

Peripheral issues that will get their own issue:

• More robust MAFFT usage with Gustavo's substitution matrix

Caution: the tree inference will probably run for so long that asynchronous waiting should be used. (And once the pattern is ready, maybe it would be also a good idea to apply it to the alignment step...)

The computational requirements of mrbayes_volpiano will likely mean that we will have to add some "jobs dashboard" interface.
