OSError: Samtools not found! #118

Sorry to interrupt, but I have this issue "File "/tama_collapse.py", line 5091, in raise OSError ('Samtools not found!\n') OSError: Samtools not found!" when I run "python2 /tama_collapse.py -b BAM -s aligned.bam -f genomic.fa -x no_cap -d merge_dup" Thanks a lot.
