Detailed Description

1. The process trigger: a new SOP request within this GitHub repository
2. Assignment of the task.
3. Internal managing of the ticket at the ZenHub board
4. Template creation:
   1. Either through GitHub directly (copy-paste, markdown, draft PR creation)
   2. Or through Google Docs (Copy-paste, fill out, docs-to-markdown tool...)
5. Template dissemination to experts (how to identify, how to contact...)
6. Completion of SOP Template (Approval, PR review, merge with main...)

motivation

There is no standard on how to create the SOP Templates for this GitHub repository (T4.3), which may lead to inconsistencies and delays when the GH repository is fully developed. Therefore, this SOP will help T4.3 members and repository maintainers on how to proceed when a new SOP is requested.

Impact

The SOP will aid in the creation of SOP Templates, ensuring a consistent workflow to follow by the GitHub repository maintainers (T4.3 members as of now). This, in return, will quicken the SOP request process, and help GDI members with their overall tasks.
