cicd: fix GH action file #83

tried to be a little too slick with the copy/paste on the previous issue

unfortunately some CLRF style line endings got snuck in again but now that this is working it should a) catch them before committing if precommit is set up properly and b) catch them in CI. This PR also fixes them so we should be good to go.
