Issue 13 - initial mixs to rdf #16

In the issue-13 branch, I've added initial mixs-rdf ontologies.

In the src/ontology directory:
- mixs_package_class.ttl represents the terms as classes
- mixs_package_dp.ttl represents the terms as data properties
Source code for creating rdf is in src/code/mixs_to_rdf
A demonstration notebook of how to convert is in src/notebooks/mixs-to-rdf
