This was suggested in CIG meeting in March 2021. "Future Development: create a GSC application ontology, with subsets for each package" I think it was in reference to the ENVO terms that we should be suggesting to users, but there is also scope to generate application ontologies for any of the terms that we encourage ontology use.

Not going to happen any time soon. Will create new issue or reopen if it becomes important.
