IHMC medication code in MIxS 5.0

queried biosample, IHMC medication code is used 3346 time. the field is reported as 'medication code', reported as 'missing, or NA, or not collected'

To improve usage and reporting of this field, I propose a name change, new definition. Or removal of the term.

This definitely needs discussion, how does this overlap with "drug_usage" [MIXS:0000894]? do we need both terms? If we want to keep both then we should make a clear distinction of usage expected in the descriptions of both terms. Have flagged for MIxSv7 discussion to allow us to get v6 out soon.
