CIG agree term not required, so not adding it for Ag package

thanks @only1chunts. Can you please clarify what "CIG agree term not required, so not adding it for Ag package" means? If there is a better terms referring to an organism identified as responsible for causing disease ("playing a pathogen role") please feel free to suggest. Also, would this term allow the genus of the pathogen be added in cases where species have not been identified (ex: Pythium spp)?

replaced "species_pathogen" with Symbiont associated package term "observed host symbionts" [MIXS:0001309]. Change made in spreadsheet, no need for change log as it's a new term that is now not being created.
