we have terms "annual_temp" and "season_temp", so I'm not sure which this is meant to be, but i dont think we need a new term for it

CIG -call (23/Aug2021) suggest include individual terms instead of creating this new one

@only1chunts, the purpose of separating annual vs seasonal temperature was to allow seasonal temperatures which are more relevant for short season crops, vs. annual temperatures more relevant to longer season or perennial crops. We welcome expert suggestions from the group.

re-use MIXS:0000642 and MIXS:0000643 Todo- need to look at the definitions of those.

I have removed the suggested term "annual_season_temp" from the Ag package sheet, and added in the two terms "annual_temp" MIXS:0000642 and "season_temp" MIXS:0000643. There is a separate ticket to address the definition of the "season_precpt" term #254
