Suggested as part of the Ag package

## Points for discussion
we have terms for "annual_precpt" MIXS:0000644 and "season_precpt" MIXS:0000645, not sure which this is meant to be? but we can probably just re-use those terms.

CIG call (23/aug/2021)- reuse 2 separate terms instead of creating a new one here

@only1chunts, We are OK with reusing 2 separate terms instead of creating a new one (PS: same goes for temperature)

I have removed the suggested term "annual_season_precpt" from the Ag package sheet, and added in the two terms "annual_precpt" MIXS:0000644 and "season_precpt" MIXS:0000645. There is a separate ticket to address the definition of the "season_precpt" term #253
