Use skos:inScheme #239

use skos:inScheme to say which part of the template it is (environment, sequencing, study, ...)

definition: Relates a resource (for example a concept) to a concept scheme in which it is included.

This is used in linkml, but it might be more standard to say that the scheme is MIxS, and use something else for the package. LinkML def has a mechanism for specifying packages.

This issue has been resolved by the use of LinkML.
