Find and fix old MIxS namespaces #242

It seems at one point there was a vocabulary in use? E.g

classes like http://gensc.org/ns/mixs/terms/Sample properties like http://gensc.org/ns/mixs/terms/env_biome

these don't resolve. Whenever we set up the new system we should figure a way to make these resolve.

These were pointing to wiki pages of a German biodiversity project, but that project is gone.

They now point to TDWG pages. Need to find out who manages that resolver and have it point to new gensc pages.
