illegal empty `Value syntax` #461

perhaps its been fixed since this ticket was opened? the value syntax appears in the current v6 Excel file as "FWD:{dna};REV:{dna}" Is that a suitable value syntax?

I can demonstrate some code/standards for converting a Value syntax like FWD:{dna};REV:{dna}" into a check-able regular expression. But if that really is present on all definitions of term MIXS:0000046, then yes we can close this issue.
