In the documentation pages e.g. https://genomicsstandardsconsortium.github.io/mixs/MIGSPlant/ MIGSPL has been expanded to MIGS Plant which is incorrect, the PL actually stands for Plasmid. see Figure 1 of the original MIGS publication.
I'm not sure how extensive this misinterpretation is, so we might need to check all the documentation in this repo.
