We want to leverage GH and repo content fully

Principles:

Use GH for releases
Do not use folders for releases
Have documentation and code in the same repo.
- We might be able to retroactively move the older content into the current repo.
- We could also link out to previous versions in documentation
- GenSC website (static) covers content that is not part of MIxS
- it should "hand over" to MIxS repo as early as possible so there is no duplication of content.
- Some of the improvements we made in Bangkok should move over to the MIxS repo

NOTE: Move this issue to main mixs repo
