I made a 6.1.1 release because there were changes since 6.1

The documentation searching isn't really functional at this point.

Excel sheets are not included yet.

After this replacement "merge", I will update all strings like "mixs 6.2" to plain "mixs", including base URLs

After this merge, I recommend that we put a message on the README.md indicating that we are undergoing a technical upgrade. It would be good to add one or more email addresses that are actively monitored so visitors can reach out if they can't find what they want. I am glad to offer MAM@lbl.gov, but it's OK if you want to use something else instead.

It would be good to record any contacts like that to an issue.

you could use the "gensc-twg@googlegroups.com" as the contact, that way 12 people on that list will get notified.

ready for review!

Hi, I dont really understand what I'm looking at here, this aspect of Git is still beyond me, there appear to be pages and pages of changed things, but I dont understand most of them, so I dont think I'm in a position review this properly, sorry. Some things I have noticed are; 1- The license seems to be being changed from CC0 to MIT, is that correct? I agree that everything Link-ML code-related should be under whatever license is preferred by the LinkML community (presumably MIT), but the MIxS content should remain CC0. Can that be designated in the license file somehow? 2- The issue ticket template files seem to show as deleted in the "diff" view? I think we still require the issue templates, including the new one I added (but I think thats in the main branch so maybe not showing here?) As I say, these things might just be my lack of understanding of how PR's, merging and branches work in Git!

Thanks @only1chunts. Those are good observations and I think I should revert to the old license and old templates.

already partially documented:

I am not clear in what is being stored in the "projects" folder. It appears to have all of the different versions of mixs that would be created by linkml, but none of the files seem complete, and they seem to contain random (or at least inconsistent) bits of the overall schema. Am I missing something?
