remove `false` assertions on attributes like `required` and `recommended`? #651

I systematically included some false assertions, although the general LinkML practice is to omit false attribute assertions

I am really inclined to move forward with this since the schema file is so large

this may improve the performance of some steps, and it may also save us from needing to use GitHub Large File storage for a while

there are 2708 lines matching the pattern +.*: false\n
