A consequence of issue #724 is that we will be able to generate Excel files/workbooks per class for the MIxS schema.

In this issue we are requesting the generated files to be organized based on checklists/extensions (pick one!!) in project/excel folder structure.

Note:

Try to reuse GEN_PARGS from the Makefile, and avoid having to create a new rule/target.
File system organization step should be implemented in project.Makefile.
