This was marked as draft but I think it's ready so I changed its status. Small incremental improvements are most welcome!

I am curious why this remained open for so long - I would that thought that quick decisions could be made on some of these on the tuesday calls

Thanks @cmungall !! I don't know why I left it as draft... & the TWG call hasn't happened since early April, so maybe I was waiting for exactly that!!
