Add the Applicable classes (modified to be Applicable checklists or extensions) section back into the MIxS slot documentation pages.

Here is an example screenshot of how this section would look on GitHub pages.

Closing this PR because there has been additional activity on add-applicable-classes section which is becoming challenging to resolve in this PR given the merge conflicts.
