What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.I create a tab delimited file and did not work in bedtools
2.Previously I used without problem but in other version
3.I use cat and read well, also edited with different software and there is no
space just tab delimited. Could you check what is the probelm in my file. It is
attached here
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am using OS 10.8.4 and bedtools v.2.17.0
Please provide any additional information below.
