Hej @alihamraoui ,

Thanks for the recent version update!

We came across an error we do which has some implication on ToulligQC's output. Sometimes, we put a wrong sample ID into MinKNOW and since toulligQC takes this ID automatically, we have a wrong ID in the report.

I can rename the whole report, but the displayed sample ID is still the erroneous automatically retrieved. Is it possible to set the sample_id variable by hand and add it as argument variable?

Thanks for the enhancement!

Are you referring to the Sample ID only in the Run statistics table?

If yes, I'll add an option sample_id to manually set it. It will be available in the next version.

Thanks for the quick reply and instant changes! Indeed, I meant the ID in the run statistics table. I think it's also mentioned in the top-right corner of the report, but I assume it's the same variable.
