When not in "Creative" blocks should take more than one hit to break.

What are the minimum features needed for this story?

[ ] Specify durability of blocks on registration
[ ] Hitting blocks does damage, when dealt enough damage blocks break

Stretch

What are some non-required features for this story?

[ ] Toggle between perma damage, temporary damage, and "creative" in map config
