Being able to move camera while ESC menu is open. #342

Describe the bug

Title is fairly descriptive.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. launch game and open escape menu.
  2. click outside of window.
  3. Move mouse.
  4. Profit!

Expected behavior

When the ESC menu is open the camera should not be able to move.
