Hi

So, I am using this frequency dictionary JPDB and this is the anki before using the add-on:

Sem títuloprint1

This is after using it:

Sem títuloprint2

You can see the first card due changed for this number #100000 Only one card changed, but usually all cards change to this number

I reset the cards clicking in ''forget'' and tried again and this time nothing changed

I see, the addon is marking that card as not being in the dictionary. Can you send me a screenshot of how your preferences are set? Also if you could export this deck and send the file to me it would be much easier to test, you can drop it in this same thread.

My preferences are set like this:

Sem títuloSet1

This is the deck I used to do the tests: https://mega.nz/file/KAwTURSL#9kqlOzbiMZueBOM53N-bcLfJI1HaSPnNOv3SyhzoaWI

Can you check the "Modify" box in your preferences and try reordering again?

Ciana1220 commented 1 year ago

I checked the box and tried again:

Sem título11

The first photo is before reorder and the second after reorder I also tried again changing ''sorting mode'' field rank to occurrence, but nothing changed

There was an issue with cards having hidden things in the field, so for example the card that had "化合物" in the Word field actually had "< div >化合物< /div >", which made the dictionary not be able to match the word.

I pushed a new update that fixes this, you can try it out by updating the addon, going to your preferences and selecting the option to ignore HTML tags. You'll also want to check the box with the option to schedule a refresh so the cards are updated.

Please try the fix and let me know if you encounter any problems.

I really don't know why this ''< div >'' appears in the field ''Word''

I tested it again and now it seems to be working fine

You did a good job, thank you very much
