Description
기존 Server Timezone 설정을 Dockerfile의 명령어, Springboot main class 각각 따로 수행하고있었다.(springboot main class는 local 때문)
어차피 Config파일 하나 생성해두면 되므로 멀티모듈 프로젝트의 common 모듈의 이점을 살리기 위해 config 파일 작성함
Additional Info
프로젝트 디렉터리에서도 Timezone 설정이 되어있다는 것을 확인할 수 있는게 매력적인듯
