Self Heal #1

Would it be possible to add a config option to hide pop off text for self healing? It can be very distracting when carrying and item or wearing equipment that heals ever second/few seconds.

Haha this is years old but @theshadowake installing Closed-Captions from the same author will jettison all the self-healing notifications to the closed caption interface.
