This pr makes the diplayed column configurable.
To do that we use a per project table where we store the column we want to display for this project.
My default, the displayed column are configured through GM_PR_DEFAULT_COLUMNS comma separated list.

This was an oportunity to add a new column "target branch". This column is enabled by default.
