[new] WhatsApp: Downloading messages doesn't work anymore #349

Sending of messages still works, but the download fails since recently... is it possible that some Android system components do not work anymore with Gnirehtet?

Some apps check for wifi or cellular data to see if there is connection to the internet and refuse to work with gnirehtet, e.g. the google play store.
